The Hotel itself is beautiful- very convienent to walk around town- however once your inside the shoebox cold drity rooms after paying top$$$- its very disappointing- the staff is equally as unpleasant

This is not even close to a 4 STAR hotel. The service is poor, the rooms are not appealing. VERY disappointing and Expensive.

Very boutique like hotel. Location is perfect...there is no other hotel in the direct downtown vicinity, and the hotel takes advantage of that by charging through the roof. It would be ok, except the rooms are far too small for them to be charging the rates that they do.
