We stayed a week. Not a single complaint.The hotel staff is friendly, the Concierge are very helpful, the rooms are emaculate, the location is perfect for the area. Can't wait to get back to Boston.

We had to open the windows because the air conditioner was not working. Told front desk three times, we were told they would send someone to fix it but never did. The room was very small and the bathroom about the tiniest ever. Staff just mediocre and parking far from hotel.

Lenox has a luxury feel, conveniently located in the back bay near everything, great friendly staff. They have a popular and classy singles bar off the lobby. It's a first class hotel with an early 20th century charm but also the latest amenities such as wireless networking.
