An emergency arrive during checkout time and requested to remain in the room for a couple of hours more. I was willing to pay, the clerk at the front desk was rude and curt as well as prejudice. Also, the manager was not any more professional. I have stayed at 5 star hotels an have seen similar incidents occur and the hotel manager work with the customer. I will never venture that hotel ever again and have written about my incident in the Chicago paper. I am sure readers will take note.
