our stay was terrific, great rooms , best beds ,great location, remodeled and clean & modern. Staff are great went out of thier way to make us welcome ,upgraded our room to a suite . let us stay longer than check out time. You pay not high dollars for a 5 star hotel ranking. we will go there for sure. bath rooms nice and modern ,just a little small. it is so close to best part of magnifi mile. I stay at lots of luxary hotels but this one is quite and luxary and modern and clean and moderate pricing. you will not be sorry.!

Beautiful new hotel in a fabulous location. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The sofa-bed mattress could be a little more comfortable, but, everything else was perfect!

Just returned from a 4 night stay. Hotel is in a great location, quiet, yet 1 block off Michigan Ave. Staff VERY pleasant and helpful. Spacious, clean rooms, w/comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We stayed at the Raffaello for 2 nights. The suite was very large, modern, nicely decorated and very clean with a great bed, a nice flat screen TV... The only negative comment I would have is that the bath room is relatively small compared to the rest of the room and there there was no bath tub.The staff was overall very helpful with a special mention to the concierge who gave us pretty good tips for dining. Overall, we thought this was a great hotel, ideally located and a favorable alternative to the large hotel chains in town... too bad it lacks a restaurant or even a bar to relax.

This hotel is totaly renovated. However the staff is not very freindly. Dont know why they have a door man he was useless. Hotel maid woke us up at 8;00 to clean the room on the day we were leaving. There are better hotels for the money in chicago.

Wow , what a nice place. I was very pleased. great staff , quality thruout and charm. once they are fully up and running (still fine tuning) they are going to be the best deal around. Try to get a delux suite on the front- not too high up maybe 4-6 floor with views of Deleware and the trees. i think the 09's have a seperate bath. the living room and bedroom were huge. A great place. I would have liked to use the rooftop deck, but it was not open yet. I think it will be this summer!!!!!!!!!!!

This has great potential but misses the mark. Tries to be a hip, boutique hotel but mistakes nice furnishings for true quality. I've stayed at a lot of 4/5 star hotels. This one needs some help to really make it shine. Get in some good management and call me in the morning.

Former location of The Rafael Hotel, this place has been completely renovated. It is not the hotel where there is weekly protesting. That is the Congress Hotel which is about 2 miles away. The location couldn't be better. The only problems I can see is the front desk service and the tiny bathroom with no tub. The beds are extremely comfy and it is worth upgrading to a deluxe suite.
