Had to change rooms to get internet access! Breakfast in restaurant on site was tasteless and lack assortment. Rooms were not clean, carpet was dirty and wall paper was falling off. People at front desk weren't very helpful. Terrell the maintenance man was very helpful, though. Would not recommend this hotel!

We booked this hotel for 2 nights on our vacation. I have seen better areas on the south side of Chicago! The restroom in the lobby smelled very strongly of urine and the front desk help was a joke. Needless to say we left and found another hotel for our 2 nights.

I went to St. Pete for a concert. I enjoyed the hotel although I didn't use the pool or the fitness room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

booked this hotel on line. It shows to be a 3 star hotel. But to our surprise it was not. (false advertising). The rooms were very dirty and smelled. Flea bag hotel. Would never stay again.

This hotel is old and worn. It has a shabby appearance. The beds were comfortable. The first morning we were there the entire hotel had no hot water. This was eventually fixed later in the morning. We had a morning wedding to attend so this created a challenge for us. They did provide a pack and play for our baby to sleep in however it took them a long time to deliver this despite the fact we called several days ahead to request this. The staff seemed nice and wished to please

I was kind of worried about this place when I read the other reviews, but was happy that I did not have most of the issues talked about. My room was very clean, the only time I could actually complain was when maid service showed up at 4 pm. But, I had to be a little sympathetic because they were hiring for that position. The pool although definately not heated, it was a large olympic sized pool and well maintained The restaurant was being worked on but you could tell there had been a severe leak and you could spell the mildew. Breakfast was provided, and staff was very nice .
