The room was booked 2 months in advance, so they saved me the room next to the maid supplies. The only other room they had was the one directly in front of the elevator, below the motors that run it. I took that one. The high speed internet was not available in my room (signal level and connect issues). I wouldn't book this again, given the rooms that are "saved" and the noisy environment.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, however the maid service left something to be desired. We only recieved maid service one day out of 7 and requested it all of the days stayed there! We ended up making our own beds and sleeping on dirty linens and used dirty towels. However, the breakfast was nice and shuttle service was also good. Would stay again for sure, but would demand better maid attendance

stayed for 2 nights, had a very pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and insect free. Staff was courteous and continental breakfast was the usual. Heated pool was awesome. Location is excellent, close to everything. Very well worth the price. Would stay again without a doubt!

Booked non smoking hotel room on line but on my arrival to my dismay, i was given a room smelling of cigarrette. unable to bear the smell i went and booked another hotel.

Great loction was the only great benefit of this hotel. Service was slow if any and the whole hotel needs remodeling in the worst way. The place was very dirty and needs a major facelift.

Great location and price. Rooms could have been cleaner and roomier bathroom area. Good pastry and muffin breakfast and juice. We walked everywhere we needed to go. May visit again.

Good accomodations at a good price. Staff was very helpful. Convenient location.
