We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed with 2 small children and it worked well for us. We were well taken care of! The staff brought us a pack and play and a high chair to use. Clean, comfortable rooms. Would stay there again.

This hotel is new with fully equipt just as at home for almost everything you needed. The pool is pretty and clean. The hot-spa is great, and most of all it is closed to the supper market, restaurant, shopping center, and even Disney. Worth for what you paid! I definitely come back.

This condo was fabulous. We have four children, each had their own bed, two children to a room, and then the master bedroom and bath was on the opposite side of the condo. Living room and kitchen/dining were very spacious. Condo was decorated beautifully and provided a very roomy and comfortable atmosphere for te 6 of us. TV in each room, great pool and hot tub and the market place had a great selection of foods and starbucks! Five miles or so to the entrance of Disney - Fantastic Stay.

Overall this is a great place. The outside is well maintained, very attractive. The condo is equiped with all the "stuff" needed. The housekeeping service needs to be explain upon checkin. I think they only do what they call a refreash service, but was never sure. Also poot towels a little spotty.

The hotel is wonderful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom. Very spacious. Pool was also great. I would suggest staying in building B or C as they are close to the main pool. Only a couple of miles from Disney, Sea World, Universal. Grocery store located right up the road. Would stay there again.

First time to Florida I didn't know what to expectd but I had a great time in Florida so much that I just didn't want to comeback. This Resort is by far THE BEST STAY I HAVE EVER HAD! You truly feel like you are away from home, but the funny thing is you also feel right at home. Everything is clean, room and sheets and bathrooms, and everyone is helpful. and best of all it's affordable.

Floridays Resort is prefect for families traveling to Universal or Disney World. The room is well equipped and quite comfortable. Also, just far enough from the hustle and bustle to be quiet but not too far to drive! We'll be back!

I was not sure about this place as I made my reservations. But it exceded all my dreams. Lots of towles, Great rooms, big TV's. We loved it.

I thought the rooms could have been cleaner. I was somewhat disappointed. They offered only a "refresh" service which would have been ok...however I didn't feel as though a lot of energy was put into making the room clean. Most corners were not vacuumed thorougly. The hallways and elevator were not cleaned. I thought paying this amount of money would get us a sparkling clean "resort." Also listed among the amenities is golf course access. When we arrived there was clearly not any access available onsite.

The units were large, clean and very well appointed. Plenty of fresh towels daily and at the 2 pools. Complex and pools attractive and well maintained. Great value for the money. Only drawbacks -while on the trolley route, this hotel is stop 40 of 43, so definitely have a car. Disney shuttle only has 2 morning pick-ups and 2 afternoon pickups. On site restaurant/coffee shop has limited selections and is expensive. Bell staff was slow, but the manager was extremely helpful.

Hands down this is the nicest hotel/resort I have ever stayed in. It is super clean, the rooms are beautiful and spacious and the swim areas have enough fun stuff to keep you busy. A construction project is going on next door but I honestly didn't hear it at all during the weekend I stayed, it's a bit of an eye sore but not enough for me to go somewhere else. I'll definately be going back.

Brand new construction, 42" plasma TV, nice place overall. A number of minor annoyances including washer/dryer and some lights not working. But overall a great value, compared to other Orlando condos.

I just got back from a wonderful weekend at Floridays. We fit 13 women comfortably into a 3-bedroom suite. We got a noise complaint the first night, but other than that our stay was fabulous. Their is a Publix right down the street and the rooms are very large and clean. I will definitely recommend this to anyone planning a trip to Orlando!

Family of six (three adults, three kids) stayed at this hotel in April 2007. Very close to Seaworld, Ripleys, Wonderworks. About 15 min to DisneyWorld, Downtown Disney, or Gatorland. We had a three bedroom grand suite, and it suited us fine, with room for at least one more on the sofabed (with the exception of the masterbedroom, each of us had our own beds).Rooms clean. Bathrooms clean. Beds made and fresh towels given daily. Ask for a room facing the main pool or the fountain.Great place to stay. Well worth the price.

If you're going to Disney, or Sea World you'd be doing yourself and your family a favor by staying here. No real advantage to staying on Disney properties anymore. Universal properties are still worth the money for the privileges that come with it in the park. Especially if you hate lines like I do. This place is absolutely great! Clean room, VERY good service. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. We stayed in 3 bdrm w/ 2 adults and 2 kids. Of course, more than we needed, but 2's were booked. Saved a bundle still, and really enjoyed our stay. Will definately be back.

I want to say thanks to Floridays Resort for all of the credit I got from family members for selecting a great place to relax and sleep during our (4/28-5/2) 4 nights and 5 days stay in Orlando. My Family of 6 adult were very please. My wife and me got the Master bedroom and bath. I'm still receiving credit for a great vacation.

This a great place to stay at when visiting Orlando theme parks. I stayed here with my family, everything was as promised. Staff was very helpful and the units are extremely nice and clean. I will stay here on my next visit to Orlando.Go Floridays!

This resort is very nice. The rooms, bell service and concierge service is awesome. I feel the guest services reps should have been more proactive with explaining the shuttle and cleaning services, upon my check-in. This resort also does not have good dining and offers no room service. However, I would stay at this resort during my next visit.

I Stayed last night at the resort after attending a concert and it was one of the best. Everybody was nice, other guests, employees. The 3 bed suite fit 4 of us without a problem. I'll be going back.

floridays is nice and quiet,and has a very nice pool.service is very average abd for the money you pay its below average.charges to credit cards in advance for things you didnt purchase.be prepared to have your account charged in advance for residentals,even if you dont buy anything.room service was very poor.

I went to Orlando with 7 people (3 adults/4 children). We all had enough space in the 3 bedrm unit. The pool was very nice and heated. My only complaint was I could not print my Disney tickets on-line since the computer did not have access to its site and I was directed to call a 1800#. Other than that, Publix is close by, parking was fine even during Spring Break. I would definately go again!

Floridays was a great experience. It was a girls weekend for myself and 3 of my closest friends. We wanted to be treated well by friendly people and experience a clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was STELLAR. The rooms were immaculate. The pool rocked. And the bartender was super - she makes a MEAN Bushwacker!

What a nice place. 5 of us were down for Bike Week and Spring Break. Plenty of parking, close to everything and great room features. I will stay here everytime I am in the area. Needs better on site dining though. What is there is limited and somewhat pricey, but since everything is so close you can find other options.

This resort is very nice. But don't plan to sleep quiet. There are party after mid night every where. Managment doesnt care about this situation. Thats not good for 4 Star Resort.

The Floridays is a very clean hotel. The staff was always helpful and energetic - even at 1 AM. We went to this resort for our honeymoon, and we can't say enough good things. We WILL be going back. We took the complimentary shuttles to SeaWorld, Universal, and Islands of Adventure and just had a blast. The room was ALWAYS clean, and the cleaning staff even waved to us when driving past on their golfcarts. 5 Stars, and 4 thumbs up

We stayed 4 nights with our 4 year old. The resort is literally 10 minutes from Disney, and 20 minutes from the Airport. The facility is practically brand new. The beds were exteremely comfortable. My 4 year old could have spent all vacation in the pool (hot tub could have been warmer). We are considering going back in August.

We stayed at the Floriday's Resort for our Honeymoon. It was also our first trip to Orlando, FL; it was an incredible experience, the rooms were VERY nice. The kitchen, W/D and Jacuzzi tub were a plus! The location was perfect, easy access to all parks. The only complaint, there is not a restaurant on site; also if you are not prepared to clean up after yourself (washing dishes, cleaning tub/shower, and vacuuming). This Resort is not for you. The Daily maid service only provides fresh towels/linens.Overall, we had a GREAT experience, and would definitely stay here again!

This was a great hotel. I thought the rooms would be bigger, but still very nice! Housekeeping cleaned only sporadically - but we didn't really need it. It was too bad that the balcony wasn't screened in and the sliding doors did not have screens either. Couldn't leave the doors open - too many bugs! Overall - very nice and we would definately stay again!

We loved the suite, was like a small apartment. The problem was that the staff including concerige and front desk ppl barely spoke English ~ had a very hard time finding the place because of the construction and couldn't understand the staff to help us locate it.

the room was far more than we expected. the room can complete with a washmachine/dryer,dishwasher,full stove,microwave and full refridgerator. the bathrooms were huge and clean. all the rooms were very large and comfortable .we had a three bedroom suite. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and would definitely stay there again.

We were very impressed with the hotel. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable! Service was great especially Eddie who was always availble to take us on his golf cart whenever we needed a lift! Very kind and friendly! We would definitly come back and we've already recommend this hotel to friends! Kids loved the pool!!

We loved Floridays, the rooms make you feel like lifestyles of the rich and famous, jacuzzi tubs, 2 bathrooms, flat screen tvs, washer & dryer kitchen & balcony, everything is there. The pool is great, I have 2 kids and both felt like the pool area was made just for them w/a zero entry pool,jacuzzi and beach area. Easy to get to both parks. The service is great, use the concierge for tickets and dinner reservations (no room service only draw back).

We stayed at Floridays Nov 06 and had a great experience. Unfortunately that was not the case this trip. We got to know the engineers very well as we experienced problems with the oven, hot water and the air conditioner. The staff was indifferent and slow to respond.We plan to try somewhere new our next visit to Disney.

Made the decision to stay at Floridays based on online travel agency reviews. What a find! Wonderful suite, clean, washer and dryer, great beds and pillows. Great value. Maids only brought fresh towels and made up beds each day, but that was ok. Went to Publix, stocked up on snacks, breakfast foods and beverages. Kids (19 & 22) loved it too. We were there 4 nights, We won't hesitate to recommend it or to stay there again. You do need to have a car to get to restaurants, shopping and parks.

First, for those who gave this place a poor rating--NEVER come to my house. EIther something went wrong during your stay, or you are way to picky. Everyone had room to spread out and do what they At night, the kids went to the pool while my husband and I watched them and answered E-mail--while having drinks from the bar. Washer & dryer so NO dirty clothes to do when we got home!!! My kids loved it and can't wait to go back..there was some construction on a new building, but I never noticed them until after 8 am---and by then I was awake-and enjoying the day.

We booked a three bedroom grand suite. It was terrific! Place was immaculate and staff were bending over backwards to be helpful. 5 adults fit more than comfortably with the couch leftover for any one watching a late movie on the plasma tv! Only negative was temp in elevators...no AC in them and it is hot in FL in July! I would stay again. Only 10 minutes to Disney and about 20 minutes to Universal. Washer and dryer a real plus.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom suite, it was beautiful! Great pool area for kids. They also offer a play room and game room for kids of all ages. Really needs a resturant on site or more food options. DON'T DRINK AT THE BAR, paid $9.00 for 1 rum drink! Overall a GREAT place to stay!

Beautiful rooms. Could not get the room to get cold. Pool area is awesome. Maid just fixed beds. Did not clean dining table or vacuum. That was really bothersome. Need to bring trashbags & windex.

The Floridays Resort was an excellent and we would definitely stay there again. The rooms and pool area were great. The restaurant service was poor but there is a grocery store just a few minutes from the resort and all rooms have a full kitchen.

Our Floridays experience was wonderful, our family was very impressed with the accomodations, gym was great, location was within 15 minutes of all the parks we wanted to visit. I would definately recommend it as a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very well kept, clean, nice decorations, and with plenty of towels and toiletries. The location to Sea World, which was where we were going, was perfect. Very comfortable, enough room for families. We didn't check in until 6:30 p.m. and the crib we requested was already in our room!! Would definitely stay again.
