we just returned home from a weeks stay at this hotel. Yes, at first they do try to get you to go to a time share promo, but after we told them we weren't interested they never approached us about it again. We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were clean, the pools were great, it has pool tables, ping pong tables, a game room and a gift shop. I was afraid of what we were getting ourselves into after reading alot of these reviews. But we had NO problems at all. I thought it was an exceptional place for the price. Very very pleased, we seriously had not one thing to complain about.

Room was ok. A little on the old side. Bathroom could have been cleaned better. Towels did not smell very fresh.

It was a late arrival and we were given keys that didn't work so I was a little annoyed at first, but they made it alright. The rooms were spacious and clean and it was nice to be able to see the pool from the rooms. It was convenient to have the restaurant on site for breakfast before heading out to the parks.

Great location! The exterior looks tired by new spreads and decor perk up the interior rooms. Plumbing has b=not been updated and needs work.

Room carpet was worn & smelled, Sink handle was off when we got the room. Bathroom needed to be cleaner. I would rate this motel 1 star at most.

my kids left their shoes at pool & were not able to get them from lost & found because only the maintaince mgr had a key & was only there 8-5. hotel mgr did not have key. stupid

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and we had a pleasant experience. We made some requests for our room and it was done within the hour. The price we paid was way below average and we expected worse but got more. This is a good hotel to stay in.

I booked a Plaza room and paid extra for a veiw,I got to overlook the parking lot.Moved rooms to veiw pool and got an old room with a dirty bathroom.It was late and I was to tired to move to a 3rd room.

PROS: Hotel location convenient. Provides free shuttle service to Disney Parks a mile away (3 different times in the AM and PM), cheap room rates, breakfast buffet cheap and conveniently located on lobby level, always people around if have inquiries. CONS: Shuttle bus ALWAYS late (sucks when you wanna get back to hotel after a long, tiresome day at the park), Breakfast buffet needs some improvements, lobby packed with Westgate Resorts promoters (annoying cause they try to get you by advertising cheap/free stuff if you listen to their presentations), room is outdated, bathroom kinda stinky.

It is ok for sleeping.We were out for Disney from 8am to 12am, we needed wake up service 5am at last morning.Never happened.I called them respond was: i was the third guy this morning with this problem.We caught our plane in last minute.

The hotel overbook the days of my reservation and did not inform me in a timely manner. Took to much time to inform the guests waiting in the lobby about the situation. Took too long to find us a room at another hotel. Had problems with the hotel they sent us, because we too were overbooked. Did not keep their promise of given me a credit for the room. My account was charged the entire rate. The room had dirty dishes. The drainage in the sink was slow.

While the price is good, this hotel does not merit a 3 star rating. The rooms are old and musty and even a new coat of paint can't fix the hairs and scum on the bed linens. It took over an hour and a half to get housekeeping to change our sheets before we could put our children to bed. The lobby area is very nice and extremely misleading when you take into conisderation the rooms. The bed in my inlaws room was broken, it fell to the side when my father in law sat on it-no one came to repair the bed. Breakfast buffet was good and a great value.
