The deluxe condominium accommodations include Golf and Tennis villas for the avid sports person, the Lakefront and Boardwalk Villas, and the beach-front Majestic Sun twin tower high-rise, all just a seagulls cry from the Gulf of Mexico.

Guests can take note that there is a damage waiver fee of 55.00 and a cleaning fee charged upon check-in. The cleaning fees are 70.00 for one bedroom, 80.00 for two bedrooms, and 110.00 for three bedroom condos. The guests must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. On January 1, 2008, cleaning fees are 75.00, 85.00, and 115.00 along with a 25.00 resort fee. Beginning January 1st 2008 an additional $25 per day amenities charge will be collected at check-in. This additional fee grants access to the new Beach Tram, free beach service, free kids breakfast, 10 percent off at Whales Tail, 40 percent off Golf at two locations, and beach photography for $175 instead of $300.
