Van to pick up was late, my room was non smoking but smelled of smoke and mildew, carpets dirty, house keeping staff could not speak english, bill was incorrect, Managment could careless

My stay at the Country Inn & Suites in Fort Myers by the airport was excellent. The Service that I received was wonderful, the staff was always friendly, and the room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel was very convenient to I75, the airport, shopping malls, and fine dinning. I will definitely stay with this hotel again when I am in the area.
