Rooms were clean but lacked refrig./microwave. Television had very poor sound. Harbor view beautiful-worth the upgrade. Desk help not very friendly. Do not accept room with adjoining door to next room - doors are not a good sound barrier. Could hear theneighbors T.V and conversation until 3:30a.m! Made for a miserable night.

The resort is very beautiful with a tropical feeling. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks at the bar by the pool were very expensive. Disappointed with having to pay for parking and the charge for using the fitness room and mini golf was very expensive - should have been included with the room.

we've been here 3x, sure the rooms need updating, but we don't spend much time there except to sleep & occasionally eat (bring back food), we love the pools and all activities! What makes this place cool? The kids LOVE it here and can't wait to come back.

Resort was incredibly relaxing! Great view of beach, which definitely improved the quality of our stay. Looked like a tropical resort! LOCATION IS PERFECT!!! Staff was friendly and fast. I would recommend this hotel, but a few minor complaints. Room was supposed to have a microwave, but did not. Also, the activities were pricey and I felt "nickle and dimed." They charge $20/hr for an old bike! You had to rent all activities, equipment was old, fitness center was $15/day, spa prices were ridiculous. Would have spent more time at the resort had these been included.

We got the bayfront room. We were so exciting to visit the hotel, but when we arrived, very big disappointment. The white sand beach is not really sand beach, and our room really need a lot of remodel and updated. Will never return to this hotel again.

The rooms are very old and have been painted in bright tropical colors to help cover up the age of the rooms. My room had a musty smell, black mold in the room, the paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling and bubbling. While walking the grounds in the evening we came across a possum one night, a SKUNK two nights and we smelled a skunk on the third night. To add insult to injury if you have a car they charge you $20 a night to park next to your room.
