Decent hotel with location thats hard to beat...I wouldnt spend much time at hotel though... probably hip in 1980's

The Hotel was clean and i really like that i did not see any dust. It's truly a beautiful hotel and spa. The room service and the Housekeeping Technicians were friendly 5 stars

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the guest services are great. 24 hour valet and the valet attendants were over the top friendly. They remembered our name and car and quickly established a relationship with us. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Room service was a little spendy but was delivered quickly, and the check-out was fast and convenient. The hotel is huge with a gorgeous lobby and open elevators that over-look downtown LA.

THE STAY AT THE HOTEL WAS REALLY GOOD. SCENARY IS VERY NICE HOWEVER, PARKING WAS VERY EXPENSIVE $ 40.00(GUEST) AND $35.00 FOR STAYOVERS. ALSO, MY RENTAL CAR WAS LOST FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR IN VALET PARKING ( BUT WAS FOUND) THANK GOODNESS

The lounge is unique and one of a kind. The room was delightful and warm. Chairs in the Flower St. entrance nsseed cleaning and upholstery work. Great Lobby with the fountains.Interesting elevators!Need organization on valet parking and retriving one's car.

Some of the shops & eateries seemed like they belonged more in a swap-meet/flea-market than in an upscale hotel. Great location & overall nice appearance. Parking = $$$$.

The Westin Hotel in downtown LA was a outstanding place for my partner and I to stay. Far enough away from family, yet close enough to the local fun. They had everything we needed and it was so clean. We will definately stay there again!

The Westin is a very beatiful hotel but as you go up on to each level you notice its a little dated but still very nice. It had a lot of different food choices within the hotel from cheap to expensive.. They even had a subway. The pool is nice but closed at 10 and there isnt a hot tub. Staff is extremely friendly! Valet needs a little help sometimes they can be very slow! It was a alright hotel but I wouldnt recommand it if you are going to be site seeing in hollywood and santa monica just because its far away. The Beds are wonderful and so is the shower!!

The only problem was that the hotel charged $35.00 per night for parking.

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel made me so angry, I have to write one. First, front desk gave me wrong room. That was ok. People make mistake. Got a new room in dirty condition. It was ok until I found wet towel stuck on refrig, hair on toilet AND on BED! Serious amounts hair. That was nasty. It took housekeeping an hour to respond and clean. Parking was so expensive but was waived due to their worst service. I have been to many hotels around the world and this one is by far the worst experience.
