Whatever you do, do not stay here. The staff moved our stuff from one room to another without telling us. They overcharged us and refused to look at my confirmation of the lower price. AWFUL!!

the hotel is the worst. carpets dirty, refrig on wood, only smoaking rooms. god so bad i had to get out.

Entire hallway and room smelled of cigarette smoke. Beds very hard and uncomfortable. Loud music coming from bar in lobby. Only 2 towels in bathroom. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this was by far one of the worse.Don't let the price reel you in. Stay in Downtown or Hollywood.

The room we stayed in had an infestation of ants in the bathroom, and I found some things under the bed that I would rather not say what they were but just going to show how much this place is good at upkeep and cleanliness..

Room was clean (including bathroom). Area was safe for walking to eateries with my daughter. Quiet area. Price is right on! Front desk staff: so-so.

So terrible!! Never stay here. Staffs are rude, and the room is too dirty! The worst of all, too many bus here. I was bitten seveerly. But they didn't say sorry for that. This is the worst in the world I have ever stayed.

Great place to stay- It was in Chinatown area but everyone was extremely pleasant. Very close to everything- Very clean- even nice massaging shower head. One time fee of $5 to park- not a big deal. Highly recommend!!

This hotel is by no means a 3 star hotel. I thought the Ramada name would mean something. The bathroom had mold all around the tub. The sink drain did not work. Big stain on carpet as you enter the room. Toilet top with a big chunk missing. Shower rod hanging off so curtain won't stay closed. Hallways dark and scary. Poor parking. Maybe a 1.5 star or 2 at best. Definitely not worth what I paid.

Room was dirty, not enough towels to go around, not enough continental breakfast to go around, we were told by hotel staff that they were booked solid and don't have enough.
