I had to contacted the travel agency after checking into the Holiday Inn Fishermans Whalf due not been alocated the room I asked for. The person I spoke to at the travel agency cpuld not under stand what I needed basicaly I did not get the room I was confirmed with buy yourselves and needed travel agency to correct which was NOT done. Basically If I book things I expect what I pay for otherwise I can book with another motel and not get dissapointed.Thank youBryan Macgregor

It's a nice hotel. Nothing spictacular. The location is great! Seconds away from Walgreens, a few blocks from pier 39 and Fishermans Wharf. The "F" line stops next to the hotel. The only 2 complaints we have is the parking situation and there was no table for eating in room. Not only was it difficult to find a parking space but, the hotel charges $35/day to park.

This hotel is great. BUT -- I called the front desk and point blank asked if there was a bay view and I was told there was. When I checked in I was told there was no view - our view was the back alley. Stay at the Holiday Inn Express on the next block for $50 dollars a night less. I also called the Express and they told me they did not have a bay view so we paid the extra $200 (4 nights) for this hotel (view). At least at the Express you can get coffee in the morning with out having to make it yourself in your room or pay for it in the lobby.

The location of the facility was within walking distance of the wharf and easy public transit to the rest of San Francisco.

The location was great the only issue was that the Denny's in the hotel was very expensive.
