Great location for tourists.Really bad, overpriced food.No freebies (including local phone calls and $50/night parking!!)

Stayed here 3 nights. Is being converted to a Westin, so there was lots of construction noise on conf. room floor. I stayed on 30th floor - awesome view of the city. Low $*+ rate was a fraction of Marriott and Four Seasons next door. 1 block from subway, and 1/2 block from Market St. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel was a fine hotel, but it was under construction and we were put in the handicapped room with a queen bed even though we paid for a king.

Staying at the Westin S. F. made our trip so wonderful. It was conveniently located and our room was very clean with an awesome view. The employees could not have been nicer. The Heavenly Bed was, indeed, heavenly!

I stayed at this property this past weekend for the All-Star Baseball Game and checked out immediately due to the poor condition of the rooms, terrible service by the staff, and inability to get any services. The television did not work, the remote did not work, the internet access did not work, the amenities only included soap and shampoo. Waited over 2 hours when I requested resolution to these problems, but none were resolved. The manager on duty was smug and rude and told me he was glad that I was checking out of the hotel. Very rude.

The staff at the hotel (4 different managers) bungled a customer service issue for 2 straight days, apologizing multiple times for letting the matter continue to "slip through the cracks." The result was no sleep for us, and a miserable stay. Also, the hotel has NO food or concierge after 9 pm--just 2 types of pre-packaged sandiwches and a salad (for luxury prices). Great location, but light on amenities and service.
