The Ben Doran, a four-star four AA townhouse, occupies a restored Georgian townhouse in Edinburgh, Scotland. In less than a mile, guests will be able to reach the famous Ediburgh Castle, the Royal Mile's many shops and cafes, and the University of Edinburgh.

Guests receive a complimentary full Scottish breakfast with their room rate. Guests may request packed lunches, or find daytime snacks and meals at offsite dining destinations nearby. Each evening, the casual dining room serves dinner from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. To enhance your visit, the hotel offers parking, meeting rooms, business services, and translation. Please note that the entire hotel is non-smoking. Children under twelve are not allowed.

There are ten rooms at this hotel. The four Standard Rooms have in-room sinks, but share bathrooms. Rooms with private bathrooms are also available. Standard amenities in all rooms include an alarm clock/radio, coffee/tea making facilities, hairdryer, Internet access, Molton Brown bath amenities, telephone and television.
