This hotel is located a short walk from the Glouscester Road tube station and is easily accessed via the Picadilly or District/Circle line. The desk staff and Concierge were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and roomy with American electrical current. Good restaurants, a Tesco, and several other stores are just around the corner. Very close to Harrods, Kensington Palace, museums and Kensington and Hyde Park. We have stayed here several times and would recommend it to anyone visiting Central London.

Excellent hotel for the cost, especially in UK. Booked junior suite - room clean, ample, nice bathroom. Good location, restaurants, tube all close by. Front reception very negative - checked in and checked out by Fil - needs attitude improvement. Ate at restaurant one night - didn't have 1st 3 selections plus dirty utensils. Will stay again.

We booked at the Forum an arrival in london and upon our return after a wedding. Our first stay was fine, but the last night our room had a double bed instead of teh advertised king. The management was not helpful in making the reservation right.

The rooms are EU small, but still bigger than most found in EU. I stayed one night in deluxe room and 2 nights in executive--the king bed is 2 single mattresses pushed together and only acceptable -- not rock hard but certainly not the plush standards of high end hotels. Quiet, clean, modern and easy to get to the tube station plus grocery a block away.

This hotel was a complete sham and a tourist trap. My "upgraded" room which cost me an extra $70 per night was smaller than any American hotel room I have ever stayed in. One 8-oz glass of Coke in the restaurant was $4 each (no refills). If I could give it a zero star, I would! This is definitely not a 4-star establishment.

The hotel is one block away from a tube station and a grocery store. Our room had a refrigerator and a hot pot so we could easily make instant coffee and oatmeal for breakfast - saving us a ton of money over seven days, The staff was very helpful and the room was clean with a great view (from our side of the hotel)

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday last year. Although the rooms were small by American standards, the hotel could not have been located more conveniently for access to all of London due to the Tube being one block away. Additionally, a grocery store was located within the Tube station. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us secure a cell phone for the duration of our visit which helped us tremendously. I have highly recommended this hotel to friends and family and I would stay there again as well.

3 minute walk2Tube. Nice neighborhood Judged on price, convenience, cleanliness. Rooms smallish-clean. American plug available, refrig., blow dryer(wished I'd brought my own) ATM in lobby. Concierge helpful with purchasing advance tickets. Sunday buffet 15#/person-I don't think so) Many nice pubs & restaurants on Gloucester for breakfast-dinner convenient for starting or ending your day & fantastic Chinese rest. in front of hotel (even my husband liked it) I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. Can't beat the price & location to Tube.

This was a pretty good hotel - 1 block from the tube, and the rooms are small but everything you needed was there (minus a hotel safe), and there were american outlets. The tour buses stop at the hotel, which is even more fantastic - only problem I had was calling late at night to get a taxi - it didn't get done, but it's a busy taxi stop so I didn't have to wait for one.

Complimentry toiletries not found in wash room, dial up to receptionist/room service no respond, went to the reception tell them the items we required, but to our surprised the items did not deliver at all. The next day the room service lady knock the door, we told her our problem, she requested us to call the reception first, after explaining to her, she said our request only be deliver when they come over to clean the room. Sound fine, but another surprice when we came back at night, did not see anything that we requested. This little thing that will add convenient to travellers.
