Shaped like a pyramid, the Grand Oasis Cancun Hotel offers all-inclusive accommodations located on a 32-acre resort in Cancun's hotel zone, approximately 16 miles from downtown, and 12 miles from the Cancun International Airport. Mayan ruins and a museum, Ruinas el Rey, are within walking distance of the resort.

Hotel amenities include a complimentary 9-hole golf course, 490-yard serpentine pool, the Grand Spa featuring Temazcal and holistic remedies, 24-hour room service, four hammock areas, three swim-up bars, skylight atrium lobby, a variety of shops, a tour desk, and currency exchange. For onsite recreation and entertainment, theme parties, live nightly entertainment, daily activity programs, tennis courts, a fitness room, playground, and a water sports activity center are available. Grand Oasis is located in the center of the Oasis resort, which lines a long stretch of white-sand beach. Guests of Grand Oasis have exclusive access to a central section of the beach as well as a section of the pool, furnished with padded wooden lounge chairs. This resort has 15 restaurants and 12 bars on-site. The dining options include the Tunkul buffet-style restaurant, Sarape Mexican Restaurant, La Galera Italian Restaurant, and Careyes Restaurant.
