I've been to Mexico before. The OC is the worst hotel I've seen. Although all-inclusive, it is almost impossible to get food w/o spending a significant part of your day in line. Figure 4-6 hrs of line time PER DAY. Many people eat out every afternoon and evening. The service staff is overworked. It shows. Even if you speak Spanish, they will not give truthful information. Worst, the bars close at 6:00 pm unless they directly service a dining room. The bartenders are instructed to take drink orders only from wait staff. Forget this hotel. It will ruin your vacation.

Check in to took long there were many spring breakers and staff did nothing to control the noise that went all night long. The food was not good and the bartenders were rude even if you hade monsy. The view from our balcony was breath taking but I would not stay there again. No clocks in the room bring your own.
