The hotel was very clean. Room service/cafe were decent. Dominican items available on request. The staff was very professional. Taxi to hotel was bad. When I would call for taxis I would get one price, but when they arrived the prices would change. The hotel seemed to have little control over this eventhough they indicated fixed pricing. The $15 trip from the airport to the hotel cost me $30. When I complained I was told the return was $15 not thepickup. The hotel asked for the drivers name but did nothing, I still paid for the return trip.
