At the entrance, you will find our new lobby and reception totally renovated on December of 2007. This Resort has 336 beautiful rooms distributed in 45 villas Caribbean Style of two floors, divided in 128 Superior Rooms with two Queen Beds without balconies; 64 Superiors with balconies and 144 Junior Suites, surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and the Golf Course of 18 holes designed by Robert Trent Jones and recognized as one of the better 100 golf courses outside USA. For sports and activities, Occidental Caribbean Village Playa Dorada has all, including 6 tennis courts (beaten sand) day and night time, windsurfing, snorkeling, sailing boat , scuba diving clinics, volleyball, bikes and many others activities for entertainments by our recognized animation team, Fun Club. The hotel has two swimming pools, one beach style, next to the splendid hole 17, where you will find the desired entertainment recently renovated in December, 2007, another one in a separate zone , only for the members of Occidental First Club, also a swimming pool for children , at the main swimming pool area. The beach club has been also renovated in 2007.
