IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE SAVE100AMX PROMO CODE:

The promotional code (the "Promo Code") for $100 is valid between 12:01 a.m. Central Time on November 16, 2009 and 11:59 p.m. Central Time on December 31, 2009 (the "Promotion Period").

Your use of the Promo Code on the www.travelocity.com Web site (the “Site”) is subject to the Travelocity User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

The Promo Code is valid only for qualifying purchases made on the Site using any valid American Express® Card. A qualifying purchase means a 3-night or longer Hotel stay which is marked by a "Use any American Express® Card and SAVE!" message, and which is offered on the Site during the Promotion Period. Travel dates must be between November 16, 2009 and January 31, 2010.

Hotel purchase requires a minimum spend of $500. To redeem the Promo Code, you simply type in SAVE100AMX into the Promotional Code field on the “Checkout Review” Page of the Site, and $100 will be automatically deducted from the final price of your qualifying Hotel.

You may not redeem or exchange the Promo Code for cash. You may not use or combine the Promo Code with any other promotional codes. If lost or stolen, the Promo Code will not be replaced.

Travelocity prohibits posting the Promo Code on the Internet or any public forum, or forwarding the Promo Code to any other person.

This Promo Code is not valid for Last Minute Packages.

In the event of any violation of these Terms & Conditions, Travelocity reserves all of the rights and remedies available to Travelocity including charging the American Express Card used to make the purchase for the amount of the Promo Code not to exceed $100, canceling your reservation without a refund to you, and all other remedies available to Travelocity.

TRAVELOCITY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO PROMOTIONAL CODES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A PROMO CODE IS NOT FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND THE SOLE LIABILITY OF TRAVELOCITY SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THE NON-FUNCTIONING PROMO CODE.

Travelocity reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion.

Hotel prices are in USD, per room, based on double occupancy. Hotel-only prices do not include taxes. Offers vary by hotel, are subject to availability, and may be discontinued without notice. Additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply.

Flight + Hotel prices are in USD for one adult based on double occupancy and include tax recovery charges. Sample prices were found recently by Travelocity or its customers. Our real-time dynamic packaging engine is constantly updating prices and availability. Please check pricing and availability for your travel dates and departure city on this site. Discounts in Flight + Hotel packages apply to the hotel component only.

Included with your purchase is one year of Travel + Leisure magazine (12 issues). Once you have successfully completed your reservation, you will receive an email with details to redeem your subscription (stated value $12). Subscriptions are available while supplies last. Offer valid for new subscribers in the US only. Limit one subscription per household. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your first issue. If you do not wish to receive the magazine, you may claim a refund of the stated value by redeeming the offer from the email and following the instructions to receive your refund. Please allow 4-6 weeks to process the refund.
