Terms and Conditions

The savings of a Flight + Hotel Vacation Package* is on average $340 per booking. Savings is based on a comparison of the prices on all two-passenger, four-night or longer Flight + Hotel packages at 4-5 star hotels found by Travelocity members during the period studied to the prices of the same flight and hotel components if booked separately. Actual savings vary by destination, origin, length of trip, and number of passengers. Your actual savings could be higher or lower.

• The promotional code (the "Promo Code") for a $75 value American Express® value reward card (the "Reward Card") is valid between 12:01 a.m. Central Time on January 4, 2010 and 11:59 p.m. Central Time on February 28, 2010 (the "Promotion Period").
• Your use of the Promo Code on the www.travelocity.com Web site (the "Site") is subject to the Travelocity User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
• The Promo Code is valid only for qualifying purchases made on the Site using any valid American Express® Card. A qualifying purchase means a 4-night or longer flight + hotel vacation package which is marked by a "Cure Your Cabin Fever" banner, and offered on the Site during the Promotion Period. Travel dates must be between January 4, 2010 and April 30, 2010.
• Flight + Hotel Vacation Package purchase requires and a minimum spend of $750.
• To redeem the Promo Code, use your American Express Card to pay for the booking, and then simply type in AMXGIFT75 into the Promotional Code field on the "Checkout Review" Page of the Site, and a $75 VALUE AMERICAN EXPRESS REWARD CARD WILL BE SENT TO YOU DIRECTLY VIA FIRST CLASS US MAIL approximately 4 to 6 weeks after check out from your hotel. Reward Cards will only be sent to US and Canada residents.
• You may only redeem the Promo Code once and only during the Promotion Period.
• You may not redeem or exchange the Promo Code for cash. You may not use or combine the Promo Code with any other promotional codes. If lost or stolen, the Promo Code will not be replaced.
• Travelocity prohibits posting the Promo Code on the Internet or any public forum, or forwarding the Promo Code to any other person.
• This Promo Code is not valid for Last Minute Packages or Top Secret Hotels.
• In the event of any violation of these Terms & Conditions, Travelocity reserves all of the rights and remedies available to Travelocity including charging the American Express Card used to make the purchase for the amount of the Promo Code not to exceed $75 value, canceling your reservation without a refund to you, and all other remedies available to Travelocity.
• Card can be used virtually anywhere that welcomes American Express® Cards in the U.S. as detailed at www.encompasscard.com. The card is point based with 1 point = $1 in purchasing power. Card valid for up to 6 months; unused points will be forfeited at midnight MST the last day of the month of the valid thru date, subject to applicable law. Usage restrictions and guidelines apply. Card cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferable. The card cannot be used for revolving payments, or with water taxis, limousines and ATMs. Card terms and conditions apply. The card is issued by American Express Incentive Services, LLC.
• TRAVELOCITY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO PROMOTIONAL CODES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A PROMO CODE IS NOT FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND THE SOLE LIABILITY OF TRAVELOCITY SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THE NON-FUNCTIONING PROMO CODE.
• Travelocity reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion.
