"Great hotel"

Stayed at the Trump on a long weekend in Chicago - and brought a 4 week old baby with me. The hotel was very accommodating to all of our needs (which were man). Sure it is pricey - but there are few places in Chicago where you can enjoy that degree of luxury while having access to a fully supplied kitchen. Our room overlooked the lake and the river - so the view was spectacular. Ate at their restaurant 16 and found the food to be good but not worth what we spent given that the dining options in Chicago are ample even in that price range. Very enjoyable stay!

We come here usually twice a year,and have stayed at the Peninsula,or the Four Seasons,but there was a convention in town,so we tried the Trump.It is excellent!The rooms are huge(we had a suite,which was one of the largest suites I've ever had) the service was superb,and its right off Michigan Avenue,great for shopping and dining in The River North,Loop,and Gold Coast areas.We'll be staying here again,soon,and I'll bet you will,too,is you give it a try.Prices are very competitive...

Had long week of business in Chicago. Usually stay in Lincoln Park with my spouse, but had to switch to a downtown location. Have stayed in several trump hotels but enjoyed this the most-- Chicago personality, lovely near river, stunning views from my upgraded suite. Already booked a return stay here for an August work trip...

"Best hotel experience"

I can not say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are incredibly quiet and the room darkening drapes let you sleep late. The bed is so comfortable. I love this property! Great staff and great service. We had tickets for a show at the Chicago Theater and this is easy walking distance - two blocks. There are a number of fantastic restaurants in the area and our breakfast at Sixteen was excellent. My only complaint and it is a tiny complaint is that the music in Rebar is headache producing. A softer jazz would have enticed me to stay longer. I look forward to returning to this hotel.

"Good hotel in a central setting"

Great, central and scenic setting on the canal close to the lake. The rooms are great, especially the lake facing ones! City view not that great. We had a few minor service failures, all resolved very quickly and satisfactorily. All round a great place to stay
