A friend and I stayed in London for 3 nights and stayed here at the recommendation of another friend. The location is perfect. We were in walking distance to everything. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were immaculate. This hotel has a great bar and the breakfast was a nice way to start every morning. Above all, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time staying at this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very quick to help us with any of our needs. The breakfast buffet was top notch with a wide array of hot and cold offerings. Sexy lobby with a boutique feel. Large rooms with top notch toiletries. Oh, and the location cannot be beat!!!

We stayed here for one night as part of a birthday weekend trip into London for my husband and overall we enjoyed it thoroughly. Despite thoughts of taking the train to London, we decided to drive in to the city centre and on Saturday morning the traffic was pretty good, and it was nice to take the car into town and park it up in the Q Park car park which is right behind this hotel. Once we parked up, we headed to reception and despite it being 12.30pm, our room was ready for us and we were on our way up to the 6th floor. I had wanted to ask if they had a room overlooking Trafalgar Square, but instead they put us in a room overlooking the back of the hotel and onto an office block. Not one to give up, I politely called reception, explaining that it was my husband's birthday weekend treat, and within minutes they sent up a colleague with new card keys for a better room, down on the 3rd floor but overlooking Nelson's Column and Trafalgar Square. We were very grateful for this offer of kindness. The room was a king size room and because of the vista it was much lighter than the first room that overlooked the office block. The bathroom was large in size, despite the odd bit of mildew covering some of the tilework. The shower over the bath worked fine, however the towel rack decided to fall off the wall and into the tub when I was showering. It seems that maintenance needs to be done here and there. Breakfast is served down in the basement restaurant, but we partied until the wee small hours so we decided to sleep in and skip breakfast. Late check-out was afforded to us (again, we were very grateful) and we were soon on our way home early Sunday afternoon. In all, this is a nice hotel, but make sure you can get a room overlooking Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column. After all, location is key to this hotel and you might as well enjoy the view out front as opposed to the one out back.

Just returned after a lovely mini break in London. From the moment we checked in until we handed the quick check out envelope back the service was second to none! The room and beds were very comfortable, we slept so sound. Breakfast in the dining room was really lovely, fresh and plentiful.We had room service the second morning and again the little touches made it special.We will be returning for sure should we ever have the opportunity again. Location is super id highly recommended The Trafalgar as your base for your London Stay. Arik thank you ever so much for your kindness, we really appreciate it.

We stayed here May 4th for 3 nights. We arrived from Canada, me my husband our daughter and son-in-law. I had emailed ahead to confirm our booking and promtly received a friendly email back letting us know that they were expecting us. The location is great, you can walk to all the major tourist attractions. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The roof top bar is a nice feature and although it was chilly at night the staff were quick to bring heaters to our table. We really enjoyed it there.
