we just got back from our trip on Friday and loved it. We have two small children(2 and 4) and the kid zone and staff were great. Julio was the waiter at the pool and was always very attentive. The rooms were clean and the staff was wonderful. The food was great and there were many different options. Great place for families and it lots of activities and shows(which my kids go to bed early so we couldn't enjoy them. Gregory drove us around the resort a lot and was so sweet and my son loved him. The pools are beautiful and so is the beach!!! We met a ton of nice families while we were there also.Would definitely go back.

A great vacation! Food was excellent and staff like the waiter Rafael Perez helped to make it extra special.The rooms were nicely decorated and the bathroom was spacious.Although we were not on the beach it was only a 5 minute walk (or you can take a shuttle) through beautiful gardens to get to the main resort and the beach.

The Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real was an absolute paradise! From stepping up to the entrance, being greeted by the efficient concierge,Luisaida, to the wonderful beach concierge, Andy, and our fabulous server in the buffet restaurant, Ovidio, we did not have to plan nor worry about a thing. Everyone we met, on the property, was so friendly and helpful! The buildings and grounds are so beautiful with excellent care and maintenance. A multitude of restaurants, where we enjoyed exquisite meals! Words can not begin to describe how wonderful our week was, we definitely plan on returning.

My son was married May 2012 at The Reserve in Punta Cana. We had a wonderful time and the wedding was absolutely beautiful. The gorgeous gardens that surrounded the wedding spot made for a fairytale wedding! Since I had such a memorable experience, I returned again May 2013! Now that should let you know how wonderful this resort is. This time I actually stayed longer. Our service was excellent! Sanson Santana and Angela Mercedes always greeted us with a smile and would make sure we had everything we needed! Edward Peguero is one of a kind! He would always keep us smiling and entertained. He would go out of his way to make sure everyone was having a great time. When he was not working for a couple of days, everyone was asking, "where is Edward?" Be careful, the fun at The Reserve is contagious!

We had a wonderful time at the Reserve @ Paradisus Palma Real. It was our first time staying at the Reserve-had previously stayed at Palma Real and Paradisus Punta Cana. The rooms were amazing here. The overall atmosphere was a little toned down for us so we spent a lot of time at the main resort. It is great for families. We received excellent service from all of the hotel personnel but special thanks to the following employees who went above and beyond for us: Sanson Santana; Edward Peguero (thanks for the dance lessons); Deury Sabino; and Anabellis Claudio. Highly recommend this resort.
