Writing this review so you won't do the same mistake as we did. The staff was really nice, The most beautiful part of the hotel was the beach, The hotel have adults only area so by dont misled accept this area there is children everywhere, So if you are a young couple this is not the place for you although its Great place for family's there is a lot of activities in the hotel and If you are single do not come here! Food- the food was really The biggest dissapoitment! We had all inclusive vacation so we had dinner in the resturants in the hotel in addition to the buffet that open breakfrst lunch and dinner. The steakhouse, I ordered New York steak and i got pork steak!! The sirloin steak was bad as well so we just left the resturant.. The Mexican and the Italian restaurant was okay. Overall the experience was fine, we loved the beach and the pool areas in the hotel, the staff was nice but the food was really disappointment!! We stayed at ME Cancun a year before, its a luxury resort in decent price REALY recommended! It's a huge difference in the level of the vacation!

It is a wonderful place if you love pools. I didn't like the beach, however it I had children, it would be the perfect place for them. There are no big waves, and it is quite shallow. The restaurant on the beach was perfect, the waiters were so kind and always quick with seating you. Tipping does have its perks. I loved the wildlife within the resort. The coatimundis were so funny, and you had to watch your food or else it would disappear from your plate. The swing bar, a must visit and enjoy. The nightly entertainment and the afternoon bingos were a hoot. Our room was always kept clean and there was always fresh flowers on the bed. There was always a good selection of food and it was well prepared and presented. The a la carte restaurants were excellent. I would go again.

We have just returned from a 10-day holiday at this hotel. Please don't read any negative comments on this hotel, it was total paradise. From the moment we arrived to the moment we had to leave, everything was perfect. The food is awesome, the grounds amazing and so well cared for. There is so much choice of food, the only problem is you end up eating too much food because its all nice. There are five a la carte restaurants - Mexican, Italian, Fish, Steakhouse and Oriental that you can visit more than once as long as you book. The fish was my personal favourite and the food that was served would equal a top restaurant on the outside world. There were so many swimming pools, we had been there a week and discovered a new one. You can always get sunbeds, either at the pool or the beach. The beach is gorgeous, yes it is relatively small but so pretty and the mornings are really fun. We went on three trips which cost quite a bit but were all totally worth the money. The best night out was to Coco Bongos, a club about 10 minutes away by minibus, so much fun, I will remember for a long time. Stay away from the timeshare people who offer free entry to Xcaret park, you will lose a morning of your holiday with heavy selling, not worth it. Out of all the many holidays I have had over the years, this was the best hotel I have been to by far. The staff are fantastic and treat you like royalty. The best part was free cava and cocktails non stop, the only downside was there wasnt free wi-fi available but I would go back in a heart beat. Have a lovely holiday!

If you don't give tips, you will not have your room cleaned!!! And they clearly tell you that!! I was giving it every single day for 2 weeks except for one day when i din t have US money any more...Cleaning people were soooo much into money, no kidness AT ALL. Same thing with reception...We had no WI-FI in the room, i paid for it, but didn t have it, called the reception, they tried to fix it but they couldn't - NO MONEY back for not having what i paid for!! I even speak with the menager and he said " sorry, bad connection, not our fault".... Food was great, beach very small. Wouldn t go there ever again because the stuff people were rude, beyond limits...

We like this place because its pretty secluded, generally very relaxing. you can stay inside the club or wander out to the beach area. they have nice pathways and gardens to walk around. Some options that could improve it would be to rotate the menu in the royal club. If your staying longer than 6 days well then you would have eaten everything on their menu. For the price I thought wifi should have been free. The gym could be their only place that did not look clean. The mats were pretty dirty, use a towel!
