"No nonsense"

We stayed in a suite room. It was spacious, good bathroom and quiet, on the 30th floor. The check in was professional, however not special. The boat tickets as included in the room price I had to ask about myself. I wrote an email in advance to the hotel on which I received no answer. While checking in the (simple) things I asked were not arranged, however the desk made sure it was quickly done after all. This happens more with Novotel that the email boxes are not well read by Novotel. For the rest fine hotel no comments. Nice pool, good breakfast. 15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower. Nice Paris bistrot on 5 min. walk.

I was a tour manager of the group staying in Novotel Tour Eiffel, Paris on May 15-18, 2013. As we all well awared for the safety of tourists visiting Paris nowadays. I would like to share what happened at Novotel that makes our stay very disappointed !!! We checked out at around 9 am and one of the guests realised that he left a gold necklace in the room 2120. We called the hotel immediately around 12 noon as he saw a house keeper was cleaning his room before he left. The answer from the front desk was they found nothing and there is nothing the hotel can do about it. I do understand that the guest shouldn't leave his necklace. Mistake happens as we all know !!! At least the hotel should investigate the house keeper thoroughly as this is very important point on the guests trust. Hope the hotel could do better than just saying No we can do nothing or this is just the standard of Novotel Tour Eiffel Paris !!! So sadddd ....

The hotel staff was extremely professional and went out of their way to help. The lobby and restaurant areas were very nice. The room was clean, beds comfortable. Some stains on the walls that seemed out of line with the overall cleanliness. You can walk behind the hotel to small local bakeries and in the same area we walked to the Subway. Also you can cross the bridge in front of the hotel over the Seine and we had dinner at a local brasserie which had great local food at a reasonable price. We also walked a long the river on a wide path and saw many locals enjoying the day.

A good basic no nonsence hotel within a 20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower along the River Seine Obviously popular with air crew...Delta... and tour groups A lot of business people stay as well Always , but always busy with the underground metro 15 mins away as are good cafes etc For the price and location , cannot be beaten and will stay here again

Perfect location, near to the Eiffel tower. We had a room with view on the Seine. The room was very good, with exception of the bathroom which was every time completely wet after taking a shower. The personnel at the reception was very friendly and we got a good explanation about the possibilities how to discover the city. We went by car and the hotel has a parking place. Unfortunately our car was damaged after the three days stay. The breakfast could have been better, especially the choice of bread was very limited. IIf we go back to Paris, there is a good chance that we take the same hotel.
