"Horrible!!!!!"

my husband and I stayed at the Isle of Capri for our 1year anniversary this weekend.First the room we reserved they didnt have available. They put us in a Jacuzzi room which was nice. At 7 a.m. we hear beating and hammering we call the front desk only to find out they arr doing construction on the floor above us. Which sounded like they were in the room with us..We Will Never Stay with the Isle of Capri again Horrible

"Spectacular Ocean View"

We stayed for two nights at the Isle on the 11th floor and never even saw or heard the renovations on one of the floors below us. We asked for a balconly room with an ocean view and the view was spectacular. We took the tour of the mockup of new rooms when renovations are completed. I will certainly be back to stay in the new Golden Nugget rooms. Right now the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the service is excellent. We had a great time. I knew in advance from Trip Advisor that entry to the hotel was a little "different" because of the renovations so we had no problems since we already knew what was going on with the entry and parking. Great time in the casino.

"Great Anniversary Get-away"

What a wonderful stay! The hotel is going through a renovation, but you hardly notice that beyond the smiling faces and helpful staff. We didn't encounter not even one bad attitude or grumpy personality. Everyone should understand that renovations are necessary for progress. A special thanks to Elizabeth in Marketing for helping with our reservation!! The slot gods were even nice to us. We'll be back.

"Good, about to get better"

The Isle is undergoing some big renovations, including to guest rooms. I stayed for one night in May 2013 and found my room to be clean and comfortable, with the usual amenities, and a good deal at $49 a night. Pleasant staff, self- and valet-parking, nice little casino, and a delicious grilled cheese and tomato sandwich in the lobby restaurant.

"Terrible"

Since some hotels charge deposits and some don't I always call ahead to find out. Well their front deal told me they didn't so when I got there I ended up having to use my food money for the deposit . Our room walls were nasty, one bes had hairs on the sheet, maid service unlocked our door and walked in without knocking, wall outlets were falling out of the wall. Very very disappointed
