"Construction shuffle!"

I had the opportunity to stay here for one night and joined the hard rock rewards for $20 in hope that I would get an upgrade or at least decent room. We were able to check in early but it was downhill from there. I had a room next to or below construction zone. After a 2 hour flight this is not what you need Noise in your room.. I called the manager who was nice and moved me but could have done more. I asked her why she would put a preferred guest in this room and she said she would take care of it. She moved me to the same location room 3 floors down and we still heard noise but were too tired to complain. Instead of moving us away they keep me in the same proximity? Oh yeah and nice view of a roof and parking garage. The restaurants and casino staff were nice but the hotel staff could have gotten back to me and management could have called.to ask if everything was ok. No effort was made to make this right. Visit the casino but I would not stay there.

My sister and I stayed at the hotel from April 28th toMay 3rd 2013. We had a great time playing and enjoyed every minute of it. Excellent place and all staff was the top.We had nice clean soft towels,nice bed linens,large tv with good shows and lovely bathrobes and bathrooms.

Flight delays are not always bad - we didn't arrive until 8pm and were surprised to have been upgraded to a suite because the room we reserved had been sold out. Our first stay at this casino/hotel and what a treat - we would love to go back and spend more than one night in that room. Super-sized TV, double jacuzzi with two sets of doors making it possible to enter from living area or from bathroom itself, extra large shower, vanity, closets. Not sure of the actual price on this room/suite, but for a special treat or occasion, it definitely would not disappoint. Full meals, pricey, available through room service, but worth the cost - and a table large enough to accommodate a full meal for two. Aside from the room itself, the service was excellent, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has a great staff and they provide incredible service. Karen M - host, Alicia and margarita at the front desk are awesome. Hotel rooms are really nice - you can still get smoking rooms available. Must say room service is also terrific. The new rise and shine bakery is great and also has great service. Karen helps with every visit and the ladies at the front desk are great. The bellman are helpful and friendly. Overall the services is fabulous - they could loosen the slot machines a little bit but overall enjoy all of my trips there - they also need to bring back DJ Joey jam - really miss the dancing in the lobby bar on Friday and Saturday night. The pool is also great and great service out there as well. Really like the new machines to cash in tickets and them have much more of them than previously. Please continue to have the triple stars slots and the quick hit machines. Get lots of other great offers to many other casino hotels but no one beats the Hard Rock Tampa. Was there this past weekend and they were handing out flowers to the ladies for mother’s day – really made my own mother smile. We really enjoy our time there.

Spent two nights here on a mini vacation The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Everyone we dealt with, front desk, concierge, players club etc. were friendly and very helpful. I have visited some 70+ casinos in a number of states including many Native American casinos and this one has one of the worst slot machine payouts I have experienced. The poker room was very nice staffed by friendly professionals. A couple of heads up, if you are use to casinos that provide complementary valet parking you will be surprised since this one charges around $10/day. If you are staying at this hotel and spend a lot of time 10-12 hours a day playing slots ask about getting a break on the room price. They were very generous to us.
