The Galleria Park hotel, A Joie de Vivre boutique hotel, is located just two blocks east of Union Square. This eight-story, historic, 1911 landmark hotel is located in the heart of downtown San Francisco's financial district, adjacent to Crocker Galleria, three blocks from Chinatown, and within walking distance to Moscone Convention Center.

The hotel's design was inspired by the glamour of the 1940s. The 177 non-smoking guestrooms and suites feature fully stocked mini bars, wireless access, flat-screen TVs, in-room movies, lather bath products, soundproof windows, climate control, desks, and voicemail. A lushly landscaped rooftop garden offers views of the downtown skyline and a walking path. Guests enjoy complimentary morning coffee and a nightly wine reception by the lobby's Art Nouveau fireplace. The hotel offers laundry valet, concierge services, a 24-hour business center, fitness center, and valet parking. The hotel has three meeting rooms. The largest accommodates up to 100 people.

My boyfriend and I found the Galleria Park Hotel through booking with HotelTonight and we're thankful we did! The staff were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the location was perfect for our short visit to San Fran, & the room was spotless. The bed, linens, & pillows were the perfect balance of soft and strong. We even stayed one night longer than we intended because we were so pleased with our accommodations. Definitely recommend.

Second stay in last 6 months. Renovated bathroom this time - love the new showers, very stylish. Excellent service from management, front desk, valet and bellmen - friendly, personable, efficient and effective - treating everyone as "part of the family." Looking forward to our next trip to San Francisco staying at the Galleria Park.

This was my first stay, and I expect, first of many stays at this hotel. This hotel has a wonderful ambience. The lobby is well appointed and comfortable. The location is centrally located in the Finacial district and is within walking distance of most of the iconic San Francisco activities you would want to partake of whether for business or pleasure.Chinatown, Marketplace, the Embarcadero and all the restaurants that connotes, Union Square etc. are all a short walk from the hotel. With that said, the real treasure is in the rooms. The room I had was roomy, sometimes an iffy proposition in urban boutique hotels. The rooms were also filled with art. Prints, drawings, paintings all. A treat for the spirit and for the eye. This property has great characte and for me truly aided and abetted in my search for " le joie de vivre".

I stayed here in early May and can highly recommend the hotel. The service and rooms were of the highest quality. the front desk and bellman went out of their way to assist with travel arrangements and i have no hesitation recommending the hotel. The wine tasting in the evening was a lovely touch and the garden on the 3rd floor made for a pleasant sanctuary. The location is ideal for exploring San Francisco and is just a short walk from many of the main tourist sights. Business or pleasure it would work for both types of trip. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

I've been staying at The Galleria Park for the past 5 years, every time I come to SF. Frankly, there is no other choice for me. I love the location, ambience, the level of service and location. These folks know how to run hotels! This place is a gem tucked into an incredible location. The fact that it's not a big box hotel makes it even more appealing to me. I always choose to stay in smaller boutique hotels and the Galleria Park is one of the best! I've recommended it to friends and family as well. Always look forward to visits to SF and the Galleria Park is always where I stay. Great staff, great location, great rooms and great ambience!!
