"Unprofessional"

The staff at the desk was fine. The houseeping and graounds crew had a lot to be improved on. We arrived on wednesday afternoon, the trash at the ice machine had not been empted. The next morning it still had not been emptied but it had more. Friday it was rolling over and that night another black bag was sitting beside it. We left early saturday morning, guess what it was still there. The grounds crew didnt seem to care about keeping the area clean where they were working. Debris, what ever they were working on was on the side walks. Me being handicap was a bad thing. Even one morning the manager/ owner was out there he didnt seem to care. Oh the trash outsid the door was running over also. One morning someone had ran a drop cord form the upstairs to the bottom, what if I had fallen? The shower curtain had dried BLOOD on it. The sink was stopped up. You look close enough and the place is falling apart. No regular maintaince or deep cleaning in years. The ONLY place on the property that was clean and in order was the hot breakfast area. I wont stay or recomend this place or any days to any one!

One room was not cleaned properly - sticky substance on the bedroom dresser. The other "non smoking" room wreaked of cigarette smoke, but when I reported it, I was told there were no other rooms, and "the room is nonsmoking"!!

The property has great potential. It's in a prime, desireable location but it's dirty and needs updating. Front Desk staff Kathy is great but property is old and unkept. Not clean at all

I wasn't going to put a review but here it is room smelled really bad mildew stains on the shower curtain and the tub was not clean. There were stains on the carpet when you first walked in as well.
