"The service excels but...."

if it rains there is very little to do in the Rodney Bay area. we only had a night here in between visits to another hotel and it rained most of the time we were here so i have tried to remain objective and overall the service ethos at the hotel elevates it into the very good category. the rooms are very large and comfortable and we had two double beds (not requested) however the AC is wall mounted and blows directly at one bed which ensures that it remains very cool throughout the night. The remote control gave no indication of what the settings the system was on. Breakfast was good in the morning but coffee usually poor which appears to be the norm in St Lucian hotels even much more expensive ones. The gym had a reasonable range of equipment for the size of hotel but no AC and looked a bit tired. overall a good value hotel but try and book when its not raining!!!!

This hotel was perfect for a girls getaway. We spent 7 nights here and got our fill of great seafood, rum, pool time, spa treatments and hospitality. I would recommend this hotel for anyone that wants a clean, comfortable room at a great price. There are many restaurants within walking distance. We suggest The Edge, Buzz, and Spinnakers. Pricing for dinners can range from $25-$60 per person, depending on choices and drinks. We had seafood every night, so our bill was usually in the $50USD per person range. (There are also a few fast food restaurants like Subway, Dominos and Church's Chicken) Although not directly on the beach, the sand is just a short walk away. (4 blocks) We were pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included. The breakfast was plentiful, featuring different juices each day, along with eggs, omelet station, pancakes or french toast, bacon, potatoes, and cereals. We used the pool quite a bit. Because of the humid, hot atmosphere in May, we used pool floats that we found at a local hardware store for around $5. Overall, this hotel met all our needs. By far the best thing was the service. Every hotel employee greeted us and made us feel like we were part of the family. See Peppy (Head Concierge) for all your tour and spa needs. She will set you up.

Probably one of the best hotels in Reduit. The staff are so friendly & welcoming, they really can't do enough for you. It has a really nice atmosphere & for a big hotel feels very 'homey'. The facilities are good, the rooms are clean & spacious. We had a ground flr room facing the 'main road' and it was still very quite. In the middle of to two new shopping malls, restaurants & bars. Its the perfect location. the hotel doesn't have its own beach - but the white sands of Reduit are only 5mins walk away. If you manage to get up for breakfast after spending a night drinking cocktails in the bar, you wont be disappointed - its great!! great for singles/couples/families - cant wait to go back later tis year.

Just returned from a 2 week stay at the Coco Palm, Rodney Bay, St Lucia. I have stayed at the Palm before but never during the Jazz Festival. The Jazz was fantastic and anyone who likes their Jazz should definitely consider booking for next year.......and definitely booking to stay at the Coco Palm albeit you need to be quick as I was pleasantly surprised by how many return guests are there for the Jazz.........the staff offer a first class service, and are always smiling, and have a very positive approach to their work, and life on the island. The hotel is excellent from the size of the rooms to the cleanliness of the hotel, lovely pool area, which is very relaxing, and the restaurant food is great (especially with Mr Skinner back in charge) and the bar is serviced by very friendly staff, who definitely help make your stay so very special..........if you want a fabulous holiday at an affordable price surrounded by positivity and sunshine, then look no further than St Lucia as a destination, and the Coco Palm as your retreat........I will be back........and sooner rather than later - thank you for a wonderful holiday.

I spent two wonderful days at Coco Palm Resort. From the time I stepped out of the taxi I was treated royally. I was offered a cool drink and the check in process was seamless. My room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I am vegan and I requested of the chef to prepare special meals for me. And oh was I treated special. The meals were all very tasty, creatively plated, simply beautiful to look at. It was clear that much care was taken in preparing my meals. This was really special for me. The hotel is right next door to a shopping mall and in the area where there are many very good restaurant. But I would definitely recommend the hotel restaurant!!! It was a wonderful experience indeed. I SHALL RETURN!!
