The Blue Heron Beach Resort, a condominium-style, all-suite hotel, is one mile from the entrance to the Walt Disney World Resort and located just off I- 4 on State Road 535. The Premium Outlet Mall- Vineland Ave is one mile away, while SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica are eight miles away. Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are eight miles north on Interstate 4. Lake Buena Vista is a tourist area with hundreds of restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. Resort amenities include two heated pools, a kid's pool, an outdoor hot tub, fitness centers, game room, and access to the miniature golf course adjacent to the hotel. Water sports are available from the docks on Lake Bryan. A complimentary scheduled shuttle to Walt Disney World theme parks is available to all guests. The full-service concierge can help with car rental, attraction tickets and/or restaurant reservations. The Blue Heron Beach Resort offers one- and two-bedroom suites with a living room and patio overlooking the resort pools and Lake Bryan. Each suite also has a full kitchen, dining area and two full baths. In-suite amenities include flat screen TV's with DVD players, high speed internet, washer and dryer and Jacuzzi-jetted tub in the master bath. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rate but services are available on an a la carte basis. The One Bedroom Family Suite, with one King bed and a set of bunk beds is ideal for two adults and two children. The Two Bedroom Family Suite, with one King bed, two twin beds and a set of bunk beds is designed for a larger family. All suites also have a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

"If I could give a ten I would!!!"

I stayed at this resort this past week. The view from the hotel is amazing. You have a beautiful lake on one side (which is pretty at sunset and sunrise). Then on the other side view you have Disney far out which is also nice cause you can view fireworks from the hotel. The price for what I paid for a deluxe suite was on point. Anywhere else for that size room would have cost me seriously hundreds. The room fit around 7-8 comfortably. I recommend this room for guest who are bringing their families to Disney. It has a kitchen, living room and multiple beds. It is literally a mile from downtown Disney and offers rides to the parks. The underground parking is a little tight to park, but there is plenty of parking on the outside and the second level isn't as tight. The pool is great! They have a hot tub and 1 larger pool. Plus another on the side, plus a kiddie pool. (The kiddie pool is a little hidden on the side but great for smaller kids. There is a publix down the street and a dollar tree in front of the store that has literally everything. There is restaurants and a Walgreen's/wine & spirit store across the street. The location of the hotel couldn't be in a better area. Everything is right there! The one thing I do really like is that when you are taking the elevator you have to enter your room key to make it work. Love that no one can enter or get on floors unless they have an active key. Makes me feel safe. My family will be staying here in the near future! I will be recommending this place to everyone!

We try to stay at The Blue Heron Beach Resort several times a year. I have to request early check-in because of health issues, I have to rest every few hours and the staff has always accommodated my request. Even if we couldn't check in early, the grounds are nice enough to wait right there, there is a pool area, fitness room, tiki bar, nature walk. We love the space and always stay in the Sunrise Suite, which overlooks Lake Bryan. The resort is close to everything, shopping, restaurants, a mini golf course and the Disney parks. During the Epcot Food and Wine festival, we stay here and the front desk arranges for a taxi to take us back and forth at our request. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The parking garage is great because it keeps our vehicle out of the Florida heat. We will continue to stay here as often as we can vacation.

We stayed in a condo booked direct with the owner for just 2 nights to do some shopping before heading off to Clearwater for a beach holiday. We arrived at 8.00am not expecting our condo to be ready - just wanted to drop off our cases so we had room in the boot for shopping! However, the lovely lady on reception said although our allocated condo wasn't ready she would check if there was another one ready - there was and she swapped us to that one so we could go straight it. Very good service. We had a one bed condo on the 9th floor overlooking the lake - it was very nice and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen - I was most impressed that there was a real kettle!! There must be quite a few Brits who stay there! It was spotlessly clean -only very minor issue was the arm chair in the living room was fraying so really now needs to be replaced - but I must stress that's just a very minor observation in what was a very nice stay. I would say you need a car - although we didn't go to the parks I did notice there were only 2 buses in the morning and one back in the afternoon. We wanted to go to the outlet malls and Vineland is literally 1 1/2 miles away -perfect. I noticed someone earlier mentioned the tight car park and you do have to be careful negotiating the quite tight turns although the spaces themselves are huge like most US car parks. Great stay and for the money I wouldn't hesitate to stay again

Clean and tidy. Nice big pool and views of the lake in the morning are great to start off the day. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, disney and seaworld. Only complaint I had was the indoor parking area, it was hard to maneuver around in the tight spaces that they had. I would definitely stay here again though.

We stayed in a deluxe suite on the 18th floor. The apartment was huge with a king size bed in the master room, bunk beds in the hall & two single beds in the 2nd bedroom. I think the sofa also converted into a bed. There was a balcony off the master bedroom facing disney (you can watch the nightly fireworks) not a great issue if you don't have this view as we only watched them once out of our 14nights stay & a balcony off the livingroom with a lovely view over the lake. The kitchen was a good size with all the necessary. The pools were always empty which was a bonus. We especially loved the location & will definitely stay again.
