While most hotels in Paris offer some proximity to the city’s spectacular sights, you’ll want to choose your arrondissement carefully. For spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower, the 7th arrondissement is your best bet, while the 4th will offer stunning vistas of Notre Dame Cathedral. Paris on a Budget
