Taxis are also plentiful, or you can rent a car if you feel comfortable driving on the left side of the road in the British style.

Other Jamaica Flight Options on the Island

While Sangster International Airport is the island’s busiest (handling over nine million passengers a year, it’s also one of the largest airports in the Caribbean), there are two other main airport options for Jamaica flights. If your travels will be taking you to Kingston or to the Blue Mountains, then Kingston International Airport is the most convenient choice. Or, if you will be spending most of your time in Ocho Rios, then you may want to fly into the airport closest to that area, Ian Fleming International Airport.
