Favorite travel moment:
"Whenever I travel, I try to rent a scooter and discover the people and places that the tourist buses don't visit. I have explored Bali, Barcelona, Bermuda, Mykonos, the Philippines and Rome via scooter, but my favorite experience of all was zipping through the central Vietnamese countryside outside Hue and Hoi An. The memory of the schoolchildren there coming running, smiles beaming, at the sight of the big American on a scooter still brings a smile to my face."
