Since the opening of Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in August 2011, Guests have enjoyed outstanding amenities and accommodations at this oceanfront Resort. And today, Disney continues to look for ways to enhance your vacation experience.
With this in mind, Resort improvements are underway - they began September 10, 2012 and are expected to be complete by the end of September 2013. You may notice some work in progress as areas of the Resort undergo these enhancements and expansions. Rest assured, you can still anticipate a fun-filled vacation at Aulani during this period.

'AMA'AMA: Contemporary Island Cooking
A storied series of hale, or beachside houses, have been linked to create this beachside bar and restaurant, where guests can dine on local, sustainably-caught seafood and a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes. Off The Hook
This beachside lounge resembles a Hawaiian fisherman's seaside shack, decorated with cowry shells, curved hooks, and fish-shaped ku'ulo stones. One Paddle, Two Paddle
Located to the left of the entrance of 'AMA'AMA: Contemporary Island Cooking, this quick-service restaurant serves freshly-made sandwiches and wraps, house-made desserts, and a variety of keiki (children's) specials
Private Dining
Private dining will be available from 6:00am to midnight when the resort first opens, and will later be expanded to a 24-hour operation. Enjoy Hawaiian-inspired specialties for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night.
The Lava Shack
Located across from the Rainbow Reef, the Lava Shack follows in the Hawaiian tradition of the plated lunch. Choose from complete meals featuring entrees like cold fried chicken, chilled miso-glazed salmon, and a variety of grab-and-go snacks.
Papalua Shave Ice
Cool off with a shaved ice treat. Papalua is located on the pool deck.
Yogurt Bar
Top a bowl of tart yogurt with your choice of fresh fruit and dry toppings. The yogurt bar is located at the spa.
Kalepa's Store
Inspired by the traditional, family-owned general stores that have served Hawaii's locals for generations, Kalepa's Store offers everything from native Hawaiian gifts and grocery essentials to Aulani souvenirs and photo products. Check out the playful "Shave Ice" fixture while you're here.
