property was vey nice and clean and well kept the rooms where nice, but the big area that needs your immediate attention are the beds ... they are the worst we have ever slept on ..please replace them ASAP and your hotel will be up to good status .

Booked my room through a third party vendor (Travelocity) for Friday, 7/28 to Sunday, 7/30. I booked a double Queen bed room and receive one king size bed. Front desk informed me that is how Travelocity booked it and that they were full. Requested additional towels and never received them. When checking out I requested a print out of my bill and was informed that the third party would email it to me. It’s now Tuesday, 8/1 (morning) and I have not received a receipt. The property was kept up and the lobby is nicely decorated.

It was very clean No wash cloths Coffee pot doesn’t work No regular coffee only decaf in room .. didn’t matter Coffee pot doesn’t wrk :( Staff at front desk are very friendly..

They had yummy cookies and coffee. The lobby was pretty. The one bad thing was that the pull out couch smelled of urine and they didn’t have any replacement mattresses. We asked and they were super nice about it and gave us free breakfast. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

I was bummed to find out that my booking did not include a complimentary breakfast for the family. To be fair I did not read it closely when I reserved the room but I never have. It has just always been available.
