The lobby was nice. Rooms were old and mattress was awful! Online the photos make it look so nice. Won’t be back.

Charged extra for everything

No free wifi. Expensive breakfast. Parking garage is inconvenient. Thin walls in the rooms. Nice pool.

Wonderful place to stay

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: No free Internet
I would definitely stay here again. The room was comfortable, the staff was very friendly and they even have a shuttle going back and forth to Southlake Town Center. Loved it!

Near Sabre Headquarters

Pros: Quiet
Cons: Nothing close, No free Internet
A good property if you need to visit Sabre Headquarters. It is clean and the staff is friendly, it is just a bit far from many places to eat. You are kind of a captive audience if you stay at this property. Would not recommend rooms on the 1st floor, it feels like you are in the basement.

Nice Hotel

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: Noisy, bad bed
I like the hotel but I just don't like the beds they have - I find it hard to get a good nights sleep. Other than that this is a great hotel. Also avoid the first and second floor as it can be a bit noisy.

Such a comfortable hotel!

Sometimes you can get this hotel for a steal and other times it's really full and the rates are much higher. Either way - I'm always happy at this hotel! It has a very welcoming appeal in the front lobby and a comfortable lounge and bar. The rooms are well kept and the beds are super comfy.
