The staff is wonderful they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. My only complaints are the coffee maker at breakfast was out of order, there were no hangers or microwave in the room.

The staff were phenomenal. Every person I talked to was friendly and helpful. The wifi was better than other hotels I habe stayed at. Those are pretty much the only good things. Our entire floor had issues with the locks so we couldn't get into our room without having the front desk leave the reception counter and come up with us to open our door. Ok, I get it, sometimes things happen, but there were so many other issues. We went to the pool and they had no towels and when we asked for some they brought half of what we needed and said there were no more. The "hot tub" was the same temperature as the pool, which was frigid. They gave us 2 towels in our room and when we asked for more they said they didn't have any...for the whole 3 nights we were there. Room service did not come to clean or refill the amenities (like coffee) the entire time we were there. The breakfast was a joke, they had cereal and waffles BUT the syrup packets had to be 10 years old, the syrup was a solid, sticky cube; we even microwaved them and it was still just a solid chunk of syrup. Definitely won't be staying there again.

Ok, the cards to my room didn’t work. We had to wait for someone at the desk every time we wanted to go to our room. The TV was broken and we asked for a new one or to be fixed. That was ignored. No new clean towels. We had to ask every day for new ones and on the 5th day we got one. The front desk is never there. The staff fights with each other. The owner was on site in Saturday and was yelling at his staff in front of guests. Hands down the worst hotel I have ever been in.

Ok first, just want to say my experience was not great. When i walked in the front desk lady was talking to her friend and rather dismissive like, was bothered to help me and do her job, " didn't have a name tag on, so dont know who she was. Then that night while grabbing the rest of the stuff in my car i observed a lady in a green jacket checking car doors, I went to tell the staff immediately but no one was around and i didn't have a phone in my room for direct contact.
