The pool is heated, but by no means was the water warm... It was about 38*f when we were there and the water and air temp in the pool area was unbearable... Breakfast is a bag, not a buffet.

Property has outside entrances with outside walk ways. All the walk ways are very uneven and feel unsafe to walk on. That doesn’t stop the many kids that run up and down the outside walk ways. They floors creak and croak on all the floors so I know every step the upstairs guest make. Quiet time is at 11 pm but office closes at 10 so no one to call to talk too.

Horrible experience, I am at the lobby, they told me , I don’t have reservations, I have to call Travelocity and on hold for for 1 hour, they said you have reservations, but i can’t check in, so I reserved new room at the lobby.

I booked the room for 5 and expected 2 beds and a sofa. When I checked in there were only 2 beds and no sofa. Staff advised that was it and didnt offer a roll out. Not very friendly.
