Room is dirty, sheets got burned spots and is a non- smoking room, dirty floor, sink light was out, we mentioned tò front desk n they will write a note to maintenance personnel, we were gone park on the handicap spot, therè were a women sitting in the front, n she didn't move,

Thank you for your recent stay and your concerns regarding the room being dirty. Before and After checkouts we inspect all of our rooms, unfortunately we did not find any burns on any the sheets, light bulbs did get changed. We hope to see you in the near future for a much improved experience.

The problem was fixed immediately afterwards (just the sink stopper was closed). We appreciate your stay and hope to see you back for a much-improved experience. Thank you.

When I showed up to the room it was already dirty/ some of the lights didnt work and when I asked if they can clean/ change the light bulbs they said they could only do it when I check out

Very upsetting 1st room wasn't clean shower was plugged and the sink. Was gross. Too much for all the problems.
