I am Handicap in a wheelchair and ordered a Room that said handicap accessible but they did not have any when I got there but the Door area was good enough for me and I was by myself so it worked out to a little difficulty. The Room had a smell of people going in wet and room stayed a little Musky. Small Roaches in Room but they do spray Monthly. That is just Hawaii. I did see other Rooms that were in Great Condition and probably been remodeled recently. Now for Location this is one of the best Spots. 5 Minute walk to the Beach or less. And in an area that I think is one of the best areas. Food trucks parked by Hotel. They do charge for parking if you have a Vehicle. I would definitely stay there again.

The property was clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property just could use an updated color scheme.

The hotel is not as describe, more like a 1 star. The bed was so lumpy that I had to go to the store and buy a mattress topper. The hotel rents out to families living there and at times get loud in the middle of the night. Would never stay there again or recommend it.

Old, dated rooms, a/c units needed cleaning as well as walls and furniture cushions. Moved rooms to get reliable air conditioner.

Very close to beach and not as crowded. Staff was excellent. Hotel does need upgrades though. A full remodel, definitely an older hotel.
