Perfect break in my travel day, I loved the pool, just the right temperature! Room was great, everything you need and clean and welcoming.

The property was close to our final destination and centrally located to shopping, food and Portland airport. Parking lot was small and restaurant/club located next door was a bit loud and created extra foot and car traffic late in the evening. Hotel free breakfast was nice added perk. Driveway entrance is hard to see at night if you're not familiar with the area. Overall, nice, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff.

People working there were very friendly and helpful. I found the air freshening products they used in the room to be a little bit much, though. (I don't like artificial scents, and wish the room had had a more neutral odor.)

Thank you for your recent stay and for your review. On behalf of our entire staff I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Many hotels have their vanity mirror and sink inside the bathroom increasing it's size. As you noticed, our sink and vanity are in the walk in closet area adjacent to the bathroom. Extra blankets are always available on request. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about the size of the soap at this time due to franchise regulations. Thank you again for your comments, we do hope to see you again.

I didn't like that you booked me at the wrong place if the girls saw that there is to Quality Inn Suites in Vancouver why did she not say anything especially when I gave her the address I stayed at this Quality Inn off of 20th for the last six visits it was no problem a book to with through you I think you need to check your employees status
