I stay at this hotel quite often it is good value for the money. It has a great location close to most of the hot spots downtown and in the core of the business offices, Canada Place, Convention Centre, and more. I would recommend it

The desk attendant was excellent, very cordial and helpful, as was the cleaning staff. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained, however the pool temperature was very cold. The balcony in our room smelled strongly of urine when we first arrived, but that dissipated once we left the outer door open to air it out. Our only major complaint was with the restaurant, which served us drinks in glasses with leftover food caked to them both times we had breakfast. Also, my sister ordered the assorted fruit cup for her first breakfast and the grapes had large abcesses and mould on them. However, the dinner and drinks we had on Saturday more than made up for the breakfast situation, the love entertainment was awesome, and our waitress was very helpful, friendly and did a wonderful job. All-in-all, we were happy with our stay, and will be back in the future.
