It was more or less a place to lay our heads after a hockey game. The hotel was nice. It was clean, but there was very little else. I could say there was no continental breakfast in the morning and you had to pay for breakfast on site if you were willing to.

This is my fourth stay at the hotel. And the staff are always amazing. Very clean. Nice and quiet even in the city center. We will absolutely be staying there again.

Decent with a few hiccups
This hotel is very nice and facilities are great. I didn't give 5 stars because of 2 inconveniences. In our room right side of the bed on the wall was a shabby metal cover that won't fully close. Covering the heater/air con....the noise coming from this sounded like a loud fridge running continuously. Also above the master bed on the gold headboard there's serious paint wear and tear showing. Coming back from the pool, in wet suites and bathrobes we were locked out of our room. Our cards no longer worked. My partner had to go down to the front lobby in his bathrobe. The male front desk clerk gave no explanation or apology for the inconvenience.

Hotel was wonderful, rooms very nice and spacious. Hotel service was responsive and prompt. Even though the hot tub closed suddenly we were compensated for the inconvenience which was appreciated. Don't hesitate to book and we will be back

Pros: - Location is fantastic. Right in the middle of Vancouver; between Yale Town (closer) & Gas Town. 1 min walk to BC place. - really comfy bed & clean room - modern rooms - hot tub & sauna very nice (& pool area in general) Cons: - Noise: - thin doors, can hear people in halls easily. - can also hear people in next room - furnace noisy w/ clicking sounds every time it turns on/off - pool a little on the cold side (but not unbearable) Overall: wouldn’t stay again due to how easy it is to hear others in the hallways
