The location is great. The room was fine, clean. Check in was not great. During my check in while staff member had my passport in her hand, she was interrupted by a person looking for a room. Staff proceeded to call other hotels looking for a room for this person. I was left standing, waiting to finish check in. Then 3 staff members watched as we struggled with luggage and not offering to help up to room. Breakfast was average.

This hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are all personable and helpful, and the location can't be beat for a fun time in Valencia's old city. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Very good hotel close to the Mercat

Location: So many good tapas restaurants around in the Carmen neighborhood. Helpful people at the front desk will show them to you on the map. Cathedral nearby
The only unpleasant thing is the prostitutes on the street of this hotel. A deserted narrow street when we arrived. But it's well located, very close to the Mercat, and close enough from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, the City Hall.
