The resort is elegant and the room was beautiful. The service was inconsistent. Some staff were very courteous and friendly and some were very unfriendly. That was surprising.

I traveled across the country to be on the most beautiful beaches in the world and I was not well informed by Travelocity that the resort was on a small man made beach . The pictures they show are very deceiving and taken from way out in the oceane which makes the beach look grand . They should update the photos so people know exactly what to expect.. The general manager was very accommodating and moved us to there sister all adult resort The Beach House which was perfect right on Grace Bay.

The guest was upset due to the wrong info that was given by Travelocity about our Resort. We accommodate her to our sister property and was very happy. We should receive a 5 rating not 1.
