We didn’t get the rooms we booked. I booked double beds and got a king. The first room had been smoked in and smelt Awful.

Great weekend getaway

Pros: indoor pool, great location
Location: this hotel is close to promenade mall and several movie theatres
The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very helpful and courteous. I will definitely be staying here in the future

Disappointed overall

Cons: Cleanliness, safety, make sure everything is working before you place someone in the room.
Location: Many things to do nearby.
While checking in staff informed me that there would be no crib or extra bed provided which is the whole reason I had picked this hotel. While trying to fix the situation the staff didnt understand why switching from a king bed with an extra bed and crib to a double queen with a pull out sofa wouldnt work for a room booked for 2 children one 7 and one 4 months old and 2 adults. Room was not clean bedding was visably unclean (various stains and possible food :( ) The refrigerator was not working had to call staff to have room cleaned and more towels. Had to ask staff for towels for the pool it had clearly not been tended to. There were not any staff to tend to this issue at the time so there was water going from the pool to each cutomers room (unsafe) also reported that teenaged children were running and jumping into pool and nothing was done about it ( the water is 3 feet definatly a cause for concern) Myself and my child left because I did not feel like she was safe.

Location: was easy to find and had plenty of food choices
On a long road trip. Walked up to the counter and I was greeted by Beth, She was very cheerful, fast and helpful. That makes it so nice when your tired. The room was huge, clean and cooled. NICE

Nice Hotel but beds too small!!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet, wall mount thermostat
Cons: too small beds!!, shower temperature/pressure
We stay at this hotel whne we attend horse shows at the Expo Center, good location and nice facility BUT the beds are too small!! They are SUPPOSED to be QUEEN size beds and are barely bigger than a twin size! VERY hard for 2 people to sleep in, unless you want to sleep on top of each other! We stayed for 5 nights and even as exhausted after a day of showing, we still could not sleep at night, for the beds! Also, the longer we stayed, the worse the water temperature and pressure in teh shower, got. Not sure waht was going on there, but very annoying to be scalded and then frozen in the space of a shower! Breakfast was nice and pool was good. Room size was to the small size, too, but manageable! REALLY liked the thermostat on the wall for room temperature, worked GREAT! Maid chased us out one morning to clean the room!
